Data retention
Mente.chat retains User Data in accordance with Users’ instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and through Users’ use of Services functionality, as well as in compliance with applicable law. Users have the option to customize their retention settings in their control panel. The deletion of User Data by Users, along with other uses of the Services, may lead to the deletion and/or de-identification of certain associated Other Information.
Mente.chat may retain Other Information related to you for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. This includes providing the Services and any optional features you utilize, as well as offering customer support.
