These Terms govern your use of our services and outline your rights and responsibilities, as well as ours. It is important that you read these Terms carefully before using our services. Payments

Our services are billed based on the amount of time our AI chat assistants are actively engaged in tasks for you, with charges accruing per minute of interaction. However, it’s important to understand that these minutes are not measured in traditional time alone; they are conversions of Large Language Model (LLM) tokens. Given the nature of LLM token consumption, the conversion to minutes might not always be exact. This model ensures that you’re billed in accordance with the computational resources consumed during your use of our services. We strive to provide as much clarity and predictability as possible regarding your service usage and the corresponding charges. If there are any discrepancies or concerns about your bill, we encourage you to contact our support team promptly for clarification or adjustment.

All payments for our services are processed through Stripe, a leading online payment processing platform. Stripe supports a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards among others, providing a secure and efficient way to handle transactions.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing model, fees, or payment terms at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to you in advance through your registered email address or directly within our service platform. The changes will become effective from the next billing cycle following the announcement of the changes. We encourage you to review all communications regarding fee adjustments or changes in payment terms carefully.

Limitations of Liability

Mente.chat and its affiliates, along their employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Dispute Resolution
